Each canape in my menu is designed to impress your guests. Each has been tested and perfected over time, lovingly created from scratch, sophisticated, elegant, fresh, seasonal, nutritious, delicious and plentiful.

With many years of experience under my belt, I've learnt that the best events, the most lively, fun, interactive and entertaining, are the ones where the formality of the sit-down meal has been removed, and guests are encouraged to mix and mingle from start to finish.

At these events, the food does not interrupt the conversation, but is still an important part of the occasion and a memorable gourmet experience. This is what Canape Creations is all about.

I've worked in some of the best restaurants in Sydney and Internationally, and have learnt and experienced many wonderful cuisines. I discovered my passion for canapes whilst creating my degustation menues for Peats Bite on the Hawksbury, and I've been exploring, refining and enhancing my canape menues ever since.

Canape events also require a certain savoir faire in their delivery, and this is an important element that we focus on to ensure that your event will be flawless (at least in terms of the catering).

My favorite tool is my mortar and pestle, and I enjoy nothing more than shopping for the best local and high quality international herbs and spices.
I take no short cuts, so every canape I create is made with love from my own hands.
OUR RULES OF ENGANGEMENT
'No Surprise' Packages for 30 people or more at locations around Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle
I'm all for KISSing! So we've kept our packaging absolutely simple. One per person price that covers all costs... canapes, wait staff, cleaning, chef, travel etc. No surprises.
Our packages start from $60pp which is inclusive of everything and your guests will enjoy beautiful and satisfying gourmet food served with relaxed yet professional savoir fare.
